I have great respect for Neil, and I know he doesn't like sitting
for photographs, so I try to be brief. He was leaving the catering
tent, and I asked if he could take a minute for a quick photograph.
He said, "Well, O.K. Danny," and as we walked over I
realized he had a paper plate in his hand with his set list written
on it. That gave me something to work with for the photo. I shot
11 frames, and I was so nervous, I can't remember if I said I
was done or if he just walked away. In fact, I didn't even use
my light meter because I didn't want him to get away, and I overexposed
my film by about two stops.
Shot with my Nikon using TX 125 at f/5.6 (meter read 125 at
f/8.9).
